I've been billed late fees, finance charges, etc.Not only did Trend Micro violate consumer law by automatically downloading software I didn't want and automatically charged my credit card but they made false promises. Norton 360 was recommended so I purchased Norton and Lo and Behold Trend Micro automatically downloaded a newer version and charged my credit card. I made the mistake of purchasing Trend Micro Security System it slowed down my system. In my opinion it was not worth the aggravation. When I disputed the charge, my credit card company and I got them to admit that they violated consumer regulatory law and that is when the rep promised to credit my account. But, first he made me promise to delete the program.I deleted the program but my account was never credited. I will continue to "dog" Trend Micro until they do the right thing. Just be warned.

Runs small behind the scene and catches all malware fast. This version of Trend Internet Security is a winner. Installed without a hitch on Windows XP. Does not use a ton of memory. All three of my installs went smooth and easy.

trend micro is the best internet security software out there period.it works.and it is not a resource hog like norton and mcafee.also it does interfere with other programs as much as the other two either.

The product is OK. However, be aware that the 3 licenses or 3 users license is misleading.The way it works is that when you install it on the first computer that kicks off the beginning of the subscription for all 3 computers. So if you install the 2nd license 11 months later then the second computer will only have one month left in the subscription.I found that misleading and not typical of how multi-licenses work but be aware that is what they are doing.

Not enough user control. Nagging warnings when you shut down services. This thing slows down start up, interferes with Internet surfing, stops legitimate programs from starting and is generally a pain to live with. It does seem to be good at protection
